About

George Chavez, PhD, founded The Culture Patterns Project to bring the science of organizational culture and equity to values-driven organizations. With a doctorate in Social Psychology (Rutgers) specializing in race, gender, and uncertainty, and over six years leading organizational assessments at a national environmental nonprofit, George combines research expertise with real-world organizational experience.
